The NYSHSRA is a non-profit association that works towards bringing students together in grades 6-12 to compete in the sport of rodeo. The NYSHSRA encourages students to stay in school and to maintain good grades. It strives to promote the highest type of conduct and sportsmanship at the various rodeos by setting up standards to be met and reached towards this end.
