Welcome to the New York State High School Rodeo Association Website.  

The NYSHSRA is a non-profit association that works towards bringing students together in grades 6-12 to compete  in the sport of rodeo.  The NYSHSRA encourages students to stay in school and to maintain good grades.  It strives to promote the highest type of conduct and sportsmanship at the various rodeos by setting up standards to be met and reached towards this end.  We are working to keep the western heritage alive in the state of New York.

SATURDAY MAY 30th
9 AM - Horsemanship patterns for Queen Contestants.
10 AM- Student meeting and elections
11 AM - General membership meeting and elections
2 PM- 1st go of the Finals
7 PM - speech/modeling Queen's Contest (Held at Fairfield Inn)
SUNDAY- MAY 31st
11 AM- 2nd go of the Finals
2PM- Awards and Banquet
